This is our last week of dinners at home for a month or so, we will be eating with the team during pre season camp again this year, and it's a LONG one this year!
Monday: Grilled Chicken and mashed potatoes, green beans
Tuesday: ground turkey tacos salad, black beans, chips and guacamole
Wednesday: Burgers, salad, roasted basmati rice and noodles
Thursday: leftovers or chicken fried rice and salad
Friday: homemade pizza
Saturday: breakfast for dinner
This is a pretty simple week, I will take an hour on Monday to prep the meals ahead of time:
Make ahead: taco meat and pizza dough
On Wednesday I will double to rice while cooking.
