A little behind this week, but a menu planned and made none the less!
Sunday: breakfast for dinner: pancakes, sausage and egg bake
Monday: whole chicken in the crock pot, basmati rice, green beans
Tuesday: ravioli, chicken, broccoli, garlic bread
Wednesday: chicken fried rice, fruit salad
Thursday: chicken patties, mac and cheese, green beans
Saturday: homemade pizza
I'm starting to let my almost 9 year old cook more, so he will be helping with Sunday dinners.
Sunday evening: pull out whole chicken and put in crock pot for Monday. Make double batch of rice.
Monday: Pop crock pot in and warm up rice and beans
Tuesday: use leftover chicken from Monday, shread. Make ravioli, add broccoli and chicken.
Wednesday: pull out leftover green beans from Monday and Broccoli from Tues and shread remaining chicken from Monday, add to rice.
Thursday: bake patties, make mac and cheese and green beans
Saturday am: make pizza dough
