This Week's Menu and Game Plan

This week may look a bit more like actual cooking, but remember, the goal is 30 min or less and these meals ALL fit the bill, hardly any effort, variety and tasty!

Sunday: Grilled Chicken, basmati rice, green beans

Monday: Oven Baked Fajitas, green beans, rice

Tuesday: Chicken stir fry with rice noodles, cream cheese wontons

Wednesday: ravioli, chicken and broccoli, homemade bread

Thursday: chicken patties, mac and cheese, broccoli

Friday: leftovers or breakfast

Saturday: homemade pizza


Game Plan:

Sunday morning: pull out chicken to thaw for Sunday dinner and Wed dinner

Sunday evening: while chicken is grilling, make green beans and rice, pull out fajitas from freezer

Monday: warm through fajitas, warm up leftover rice

Tuesday: stir fry chicken and cook noodles, bake wontons

Wednesday: dice up leftover chicken, steam broccoli and make ravioli, bake beer bread

Thursday: bake chicken patties, make mac and cheese

Friday: ?

Saturday: make pizzas
