This Week's Game Plan

Sunday: chicken and asparagus risotto in the crock pot), salad, homemade bread

Monday: ravioli with sausage and broccoli (in the crock pot)

Tuesday: chicken philly sandwiches, rice and green beans

Wednesday: bbq chicken sandwiches, fries, green beans

Thursday: leftovers

Friday: homemade pizza (still have dough that was not used from last week in freezer)

Saturday: breakfast for dinner


Game Plan:

Sunday am pull out chicken to thaw for risotto, pop chicken breast in crock pot for bbq chicken sandwiches

Sunday afternoon: put risotto in the crock pot, bake bread, make up smoothies for breakfasts this week, make up large salad for lunches this week


Monday: assemble ravioli and sausage and broccoli and put in crock pot

Tuesday: pull out chicken philly sandwiches from freezer and put in crock pot

Wednesday: bake fries

Thursday: nothing

Friday: pull out pizza dough
