Well, I did an inventory of my freezer and made a 3 week menu off of it. I needed to get some veggies, but other then that it was still pretty well stocked. I also was able to make a huge stack of multigrain pumpkin pancakes and smoothies for breakfasts in these tubes. Super simple week this week for us!
Sunday: Campbell's Soup Chicken and Rice Bake, salad, ciabatta bread
Monday: ground turkey tacos, chips and salsa, broccoli
Tuesday: pancake breakfast for dinner at local church
Wednesday: pasta w/chicken and broccoli in a creamy basil sauce, salad
Thursday: dinner with friends
Friday: homemade pizza, salad
Sunday am: pull out chicken and ground turkey to thaw
Sunday pm: assemble and bake chicken and rice casserole. While that is baking make tacos, bake extra chicken for tuesday and boil pasta.
After dinner assemble casserole for Tues.
Thursday: nothing (unless I bring something to our dinner)
Friday: make pizza crust
