We are getting to the time of year when our menu begins to involve grilled meat, a veggie and a side most nights. I LOVE this time of year! In the mean time, I'm working on cleaning out the freezer a bit so we have a few carry over/repeats. We haven't had pizza or breakfast for several weeks even though it's been scheduled, we have been having leftovers on the weekend.
Sunday: Pancakes, Eggs and Bacon
Monday: Chicken Patties, baked potatoes, green beans
Tuesday:Crock Pot Philly Chicken Sandwiches, baked fries and broccoli
Wednesday: ground turkey tacos, chips and salsa (taco salad for me!)
Thursday: Orange Chicken, rice and broccoli bowls, salad
Friday: leftovers or quesadillas
Saturday: homemade pizza
Sunday am pull out ground turkey and chicken for Thursday to thaw
Sunday evening: bake off baked potatoes, make rice for orange chicken, and taco meat. Dice up Chicken breasts and brown off.
Make pancakes and eggs for dinner, make extras for breakfasts this week
Monday: bake chicken patties
Tuesday: pop chicken in crock pot (from freezer meal), bake fries and steam broccoli
Thursday: nothing (I'm using Panda express orange sauce, warm through in pan with diced chicken)
