This Week's Game Plan

Well I'm excited to share that I stuck to the game plan exactly last week and it was a super easy week.  Not only that, but I created a bunch of space in my freezer so I was able to portion out some soups and divide them up for lunches.  I'll be sharing some great recipes later this week and next about that!

On to the menu!

Sunday: Grilled Chicken, basmati rice and noodles, green beans

Monday: Chicken and Bruchetta Bake, basmati rice and noodles, green beans

Tuesday: Ravioli with Chicken and Broccoli, beer bread, salad

Wednesday: Turkey Stroganoff, egg noodles, broccoli

Thursday: leftovers

Friday: homemade pizza

Saturday: breakfast for dinner


Game Plan:

Sunday morning pull out chicken breast and ground turkey to thaw.

Sunday evening while coach is grilling chicken :) make double recipe of rice and noodles and green beans
assemble chicken and bruchetta bake
make stroganoff and freeze

reserve extra chicken from grilled chicken to include in Tues dinner

Monday: bake off casserole

Tuesday: make ravioli and combine w/chicken and broccoli and beer bread

Wedesday: make egg noodles and warm through stroganoff

Thursday: nothing

Friday am: make pizza dough
