On a week like this where Sunday is busy, I'm always thankful to have a freezer stocked with breakfast items, a pantry with staples such as tortillas for mid week quesadillas if there isn't enough leftovers for Thursday, and a game plan that has me in the kitchen less then 15 minutes each day.
Sunday: Super Bowl Fun
Monday: Crock Pot BBQ Pork sandwiches, curly fries, green beans
Tuesday:Baked Drumsticks, basmati rice and noodles, green beans
Wednesday: Chicken Spaghetti, salad, beer bread
Friday: chicken patties, mac and cheese, broccoli
Saturday: homemade pizza, salad
Monday: put pork in crock pot, make fries and green beans right before dinner.
Tuesday: bake drumsticks (double recipe), orzo pasta, green beans
Tuesday evening while cleaning up dinner, pull chicken off bones and shred up before storing. Assemble chicken spaghetti casserole
Wednesday: warm through casserole
Fri: make chicken patties, pasta and bread dough for Sat.
***save all bones from drumsticks and add to crock pot to make stock
