Well last week was a blur, we left a day early for our trip leaving our kiddos in very capable hands for 5 whole days. Upon returning I resumed watching almost 3yr old and 3mo old 2 full days. Needless to say, I was thankful to have a few freezer meals leftover from my last stock up!
This week's game plan: This plan has me cooking/assembling for about 35 minutes on Monday and assembling 15 min on Tuesday, 10 min on Fri.
Sunday: pull out chicken for Mon and Tue to thaw over night
Monday: assemble and bake off bruchetta chicken, gnocchi bake, smoothies for breakfasts (see Tues's Post), bake up turkey bacon for breakfasts
Tuesday: make Tuesday's meal
Wed: warm up dinner
Fri: make pancake batter and pizza dough
Sunday: Tacos from freezer, chips and fruit
Monday: Bruschetta Chicken Bake, green beans, salad
Tuesday: Baked Ranch and Parmesan Chicken, orzo pasta, green beans
Wednesday: gnocchi, turkey meatballs, broccoli bake, salad, homemade rolls
Friday: pancakes, eggs and sausage, smoothies
Saturday: homemade pizza, salad
