Game Plan: Coach and I are traveling Sunday-Wed, so I'm keeping meals simple for the sitters. I'll actually prepped all these meals Saturday except the pizza and chicken strips which the sitter can heat up.
Sunday: chicken strips, broccoli and rice
Monday: spaghetti and meatballs, salad, garlic bread
Tuesday: frozen pizzas, fruit
Wednesday: chicken “fried” rice, salad
Thursday: crock pot chicken philly sandwiches, orzo pasta
Saturday: breakfast-cinnamon sugar baked pancake, sausage
