Mornings are always tougher once we wake up before the sun has fully raised. In order to ensure my kiddos are getting a healthy breakfast I have started making up smoothies and storing them in the freezer (see below). These have been a hit!
10-15 oz almond milk or juice
1 scoop plant fusion protein powder
4-6 c frozen fruit
I am able to make 12 smoothies at a time.
