Well, we had a great Thanksgiving, and have a ton of leftover turkey. I planned it that way, so I'm really excited to make a few quick meals this week.
Monday: BBQ Turkey sandwiches, mac and cheese, green beans
Tuesday: Alfredo pasta with broccoli and diced turkey, homemade garlic bread, salad
Wednesday: Orange Chicken, broccoli and rice bowls, veggie egg rolls
Thursday: Turkey Enchiladas, chips and salsa, black beans
Friday: leftovers or breakfast for dinner
Saturday: burgers, orzo pasta and green beans
