I'll be honest, I'm getting excited for our menu to consist of grilling every night! I'm using up the last of the freezer meals this week and transitioning our dinners to being very simple for awhile.
Monday: Tacos, chips and queso, cut up veggies
Tuesday: Chicken and Mushrooms, roasted basmati rice and noodles, salad
Wednesday: chicken sausages, orzo pasta, salad
Thursday: Small group grill, I'm bringing baked mashed potatoes
Friday: homemade pizza
Saturday: pasta primivera, homemade bread
Sunday: breakfast or leftovers
