This Week's Menu

We are moving into grilling season which means I fully expect in the next few weeks our evening meals will consist of the latest freshest fruits and veggies along with some protein expertly grilled by coach.  Until then, here's our menu!

Monday: (Birthday boy's choice) Tacos, chips and queso, veggies  (taco salad for adults)

Tuesday: Picatta Chicken, orzo pasta, grilled zuchinni

Wednesday: leftovers

Thursday: Chicken Chili Cornbread casserole, chips and veggies

Friday: leftovers or breakfast for dinner

Saturday: Pasta (Daddy's running a half marathon Sunday!)

Sunday: Mother's Day so....grilling or out!
