We've entered into soccer season! 2 nights a week of games (could have been 4!) and spring ball for football begins soon. I'll be relying on quick meals and grilling a bunch the next 2 months!
Monday: chicken patties and orzo pasta, spaghetti squash bake
Tuesday: orange chicken, rice and broccoli, baked veggie egg rolls
Wednesday: turkey burgers and baked fries, salad
Thursday: grilled chicken, baked potatoes, green beans
Friday: pepperoni calzone, leftover sides, salad (carry over from last week)
Sunday: brunch foods :)
