Cook Ahead Plan


Monday: Daddy's Birthday!  Pork Burgers, baked potatoes, salad, green beans (carry over from last week)

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken, basmati rice, noodles, peas

Wednesday: I've got a work event, the boys are using gift cards for McD's!

Thursday: Pepperoni Stromboli, orzo pasta, broccoli

Friday: chicken tacos, chips and guacamole, salad

Saturday: leftovers/breakfast for dinner

Sunday: leftovers/salad, potato leek soup

This week's menu was a strange combo.  We had extra guests a few meals as it was spring break and I had a 2 day work conference SO....I thawed a bunch of meat on Sunday and Coach grilled it up on a BEAUTIFUL day.

Monday: Burgers and chicken grilled, soup made, divided and froze in individual servings, potatoes baked, rice and noodles made,
Tues: warmed through meal and made veggies
Wed: stromboli and pasta made for Thurs and before work event.
Thurs: Coach warms through meal 
Fri: crock pot tacos in the am
