Well in an effort to have a less stressful December I've been working through our pantry and freezer and have pre cooked a bunch of meals. I'm THRILLED with the fact that I've gotten to a point where I didn't let our produce go bad, I have a full freezer and a game plan for the new few weeks that should allow for some stress free (busy) nights.
Monday: Daddy's out recruiting soup and salad for mom, orzo pasta and peas for boys
Tuesday: Chicken and Mushrooms, roasted basmati rice, steamed broccoli
Wednesday: quesadillas (veggie for parents, chicken for boys), chips and salsa, salad
Thursday: gingerbread pancakes (carry over from last week), bacon and eggs
Friday: homemade pizza
Sunday: date night!
