It's kind of a crazy week the next 2 weeks with a Bowl game this weekend and Thanksgiving next, so here's my plan for the next 2 weeks (most of this was cooked ahead and is now in the freezer!
Monday:satay chicken w/red peppers and pineapple, rice, salad
Tuesday:Cilantro Lime Chicken Burritos, Chips and salsa, fruit, salad
Wednesday: brats, Mac and Cheese, peas
Friday: pizza for kids, Victory Bowl dinner for us
Saturday: orange chicken bowls, rice, broccoli, egg rolls, cream cheese won tons OR burgers, baked potatoes, salad
Sunday: spinach and feta pie, salad
Monday: chicken patties, orzo pasta, peas
Tuesday: cilantro lime chicken burritos, chips and salsa, fruit
Thursday: THANKSGIVING! Cranberry Sauce, Balsamic Roasted Cauliflower, corn bread, green beans, baked mac and cheese, greens and of course, turkey and desserts!!!
Friday: Ribs and thanksgiving leftovers
Saturday: breakfast stuff
Breakfasts: We still have a ton of pumpkin muffins, pancakes, bacon and sausage, along with yogurt and cereal and fruit.
Lunches: I will be having soup and veggie wraps, kiddos will pack lunches or have hot lunch from school.
