South Beach Snacks

I ended up with an extra container of fat free ricotta cheese, and decided it was time to finally get brave enough to try a few south beach recipes.

I mixed 1/4 c ricotta, 1 tsp almond extract, 2 pkts of splenda and 1 graham cracker together for a yummy, crunch treat.

I loved it!  The texture was smooth, it was flavorful and left me satisfied.
