Mini M&M Granola Bars

These were a HUGE hit in our house:

I shared them once before, but had to show this yummy picture!

2 C oats

1 1/2 - 2 C add ins (dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips

1 tsp cinnamon

flax seed (sprinkle to taste)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix all the dry ingredients then add the milk. Combine well, then pour on parchment or foil lined cookie sheet or bar pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Move to cutting board, cool, cut with pizza cutter.

  1. Here's a tip...never try to spray the pan really well and hope that the granola bars nicely come out without parchment paper or foil (if you happen to run out). It doesn't work...

    Also, I've never made a "bad" batch. All the different combos are delish!
