Well, last week got a bit mixed up as I was actually away 3 evenings for dinner. Additionally, this month I'm working on emptying out the freezers and pantry, so we'll be repeating some meals simply because I have a lot of certain foods!
Monday: Creamy Pesto Pappardella Pasta, asparagus, homemade bread
Tuesday: popcorn shrimp, baked mashed potatoes, asparagus
Wednesday: pork tacos and rice (doubled from last week, freezer meal), green beans
Thursday: orange chicken, rice, roasted basmati rice
Friday: leftovers or breakfast stuff
Saturday: up for grabs
Sunday: hotdogs (first night of VBS!)
