I made an almost all Trader Joe's meal this week, and it was AWESOME!
1 bag Pappardelle Pasta
1 bag Grilled Eggplant and Zucchinni Melange
1/2 jar Trader Joe's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
2 heaping spoonfuls 1/3 fat cream cheese
Cook Pasta in pot, drain, reserve pasta water.
Warm through veggies in skillet, then add pasta sauce after 10 min. Add cream cheese and then pasta. Add pasta water to thin if necessary. Serve immediately.
