Granola Bars

Last week we attended a Trivia Night and while we were winning (yep!) we were snacking on some awesome snacks. I had to share this recipe from my friend!

2 C oats

1 1/2 - 2 C add ins (dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips

1 tsp cinnamon

flax seed (sprinkle to taste)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix all the dry ingredients then add the milk. Combine well, then pour on parchment or foil lined cookie sheet or bar pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Move to cutting board, cool, cut with pizza cutter.

These were SOOO yummy! They stayed together great, they would be perfect for a picnic. One tip: put the sweetened condensed milk in warm water before opening to warm and make easier to poor.
