Meal Planning Monday



Monday: Ham, Roasted Basmati Rice, broccoli

Tuesday: leftover rice and broccoli and satay chicken with pineapple and peppers

Wednesday: carry over meal: Philly cooking cream, chicken, veggies and bowtie pasta

Thursday: carry over meal: bbq chicken sandwiches, chips and veggies

Friday: leftovers

Saturday: leftovers or homemade pizza

Sunday: date night
