Meal Planning Monday



Hope you had a very Merry Christmas! We did and we are well rested and looking forward to getting back into a routine!!! My kiddos have expressed a desire to have breakfast for dinner more often, which is GREAT with me! So, I'm going to have a few new routine meals starting with Friday being pancake night and Saturday being pizza night. We are entering into a few months of Basketball which includes Friday practices and Saturday games.

Breakfasts:
fruit smoothies
pancakes
eggs
sausage or bacon
pumpkin muffins


Lunches:
mini bagel sandwiches
hot dogs
hot lunch at school

Monday:
Philly Cooking Cream, Italian Herb Pasta w/chicken

Tuesday:
Turkey Burgers, chips and salsa, peas

Wednesday:
Ham, roasted basmati rice, asparagus

Thursday:
leftovers

Friday:
breakfast stuff

Saturday:
pizza

Sunday:
leftovers

  1. LOVE fruit smoothies. I just got a new blender, and my kids are loving that smoothies are in order again. I think we'll make them with waffles for dinner some night this week. :) It's great to have you back on your blog.
