Spinach Stuffed Shells

This meal is a crowd pleaser and a great meal to stock the freezer with.

Filling:
2 blocks cream cheese (I use 1/3 fat)
2 boxes frozen spinach
1 8oz bag 5 italian cheese shreds
1 1/2-2 boxes jumbo shells

Topping:
Your favorite pasta sauce
5 italian cheese shreds

Cook shells to aldente. Fill shells with large spoon full in each one. Layer shells in one layer and top with sauce then cheese. Bake 350 degrees until cooked through and enjoy!

To create a freezer meal:
Cook and fill shells as directed. Layer on cookie sheet and place in freezer until frozen. Place in freezer bag. When you are ready to eat them place frozen shells in dish, top with sauce and bake covered 45 minutes, then top with cheese and bake until cheese is browned.
