Crock Pot: Peperocini Chicken

This recipe is GREAT for a crowd!

1 jar Peperocini peppers and juice
3 lbs chicken breast
1 bottle italian dressing OR 1 packet powdered ranch dressing

Throw all ingredients in crock pot and cook until chicken shreds easily with forks. Shred and enjoy!

This particular picture shows chicken breast still on the bone. I didn't realize when I pulled this out of the freezer at 4:30 in the morning (long story) that there would be bones. Since we were having a group for dinner that night I decided to just serve the chicken on the bone. I told the guests that they could either shred the chicken themselves and have a sandwich or eat it off the bone. Both ways it was great!
