Tzatziki Sauce (lime instead of lemon)

We had this recipe a few weeks back and when it came time to make the Tzatziki Sauce I realized I had no time and not all the ingredients so, I improvised and we were happy with it!

Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1 tablespoon dried chopped dill leaves
  • 1 (8-ounce) container plain yogurt (greek)
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cayanne pepper
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 squirt of cilantro
