Meal Planning Monday


Breakfast and Lunches are choice, dinner is one meal for everyone. My kids are at an age where they can get part of most meals for themselves. I've found that independence has lead to good choices and less arguing :)



Breakfasts:
cereals
pumpkin muffins/blueberry muffins
sausage or bacon
yogurt
fruit

Lunchs:
hotdogs and chips
quesadilla
turkey on a bagel
bagel and cream cheese or pb
yogurt
fruit and veggies
avocado and chips
pb on crackers
mac and cheese
english muffin pizzas

Snacks:
granola bars
popsicles
fruit
nutri-grain bars
cheeze-its
oreos

Dinners:
Monday: brats, mac cheese, fruit and veggies

Tuesday: ground turkey tacos, chips and guacamole, fruit and veggies

Wednesday: grilled chicken, orzo pasta, fruit and veggies

Thursday: leftovers

Friday: homemade pizza

Weekend: leftover or breakfast stuff
