Cranberry Honey Cluster No Bakes

I tried to post this last week, but had some technical difficulties.

I had original fiber one cereal so I used that and corn flakes. I think it was a good sub as my cookies looked just like the picture. These were very easy, VERY yummy and an easy snack. This recipe made a lot of cookies, so we shared them so there wouldn't be so many sitting around the house! :)

4cups Fiber One® Honey Clusters cereal
1cup chopped dried cranberries
1/2cup roasted unsalted sunflower nuts
1/3cup cashew pieces
3/4cup packed brown sugar
1/2cup corn syrup
1/4cup creamy peanut butter
1teaspoon vanilla
1.In large bowl, mix cereal, cranberries, sunflower nuts and cashews.
2.In 2-quart saucepan, mix brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
3.Pour syrup over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Drop mixture by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
