One of my favorite pizzas is BBQ chicken. Sometimes we can get a little burned out on pizza, but turning it into a sandwich can add just the variety we need.
Whole Wheat pizza crust (Trader Joe's makes a great one; I'll be using my own from bread starter)
shredded cooked chicken
shredded mozzarella cheese
Roll out the dough and add ingredients in a think layer across dough. Roll dough up, lay seam side down on the cookie sheet and bake at 350 until cooked through (about 30 minutes). Enjoy!
