Homemade Cleaning Supplies

While on vacation my sister-in-law emailed me with these homemade cleaning supply recipes. She tried them out and was please with the results, and gave me permission to share! She found them on the show The Dr's. I've never watched that show, but this particular episode had some great money saving, healthy information!

Glass Cleaner:

1 cup water
1 cup isopropyl alcohol
1 Tablespoon white vinegar

Antibacterial handwipes:

-equal parts isopropyl alcohol and baby lotion
-mix using a ziploc bag
-tear heavy duty paper towels (maybe get the ones that tear into thirds)
-place towels in small bin
-cover towels with mixture
-let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow mixture to soak through towels

All purpose cleaner:
This smells great!
-1 cup water
-20 drops essential oil of lavendar

(smells good and is antibacterial)

Soap scum remover:
-wet a fabric dryer sheet and scrub bath and shower fixtures
