Marinated Pork Tenderloin

I took a pork tenderloin that was fresh cut from the butcher and added even amounts of:

Honey 1/2 c
apricot jam 1/2 c
soy sauce 1/2 c
and 3 T of dijon mustard

Put it in a freezer bag and placed it in the freezer. On the day I'm ready to cook it I will dump the whole thing in my crock pot, whip up some mashed potatoes, and call it a meal.
