Weekend Snacking

Chapter 6 of Fresh Brewed Life

Up-All-Night Coffee Cake

I've actually had a version of this before under a different name.  It's amazing, and very easy.  A friend has also served it with 1/2 the rolls and the same amount of sauce.  Also great.

3/4 c chopped pecans
1 pkg frozen bread dough rolls
1 pkg (3 3/4 oz) butterscotch pudding mix, dry
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter, melted
2 tsp cinnamon

Butter a 10 inch tube pan or bunt pan.  Sprinkle with chopped nuts.  Combine dry pudding mix, sugar, butter and cinnamon.  Arrange rolls in the pan.  Sprinkle with pudding mixture, distrubiting evenly.  Cover top of pan with plastic wrap and place in a cold oven overnight.  In the morning remove rolls from the oven and preheat to 350 degrees.  Remove plastic wrap, return rolls to the oven, and bake for 25 min.  Serves 8-10
