- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup cranberries
Combine oats and yogurt, let soak
Mix the rest of wet and dry separately. Add cranberries to dry. Fold all together. Bake 400 for 20 min
