Raspberry, pineapple chicken


1/2 c all fruit raspbery jam
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/2 c soy sauce (I used low sodium)
2 T rice vinegar (I subbed apple cider)
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried basil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Combine all together, marinade at least 4 hours.  

Since this recipe is intended for the grill I may add 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke right before baking.

I'll serve this with Pineapple slices, rice, green beans and home made rolls.
