Orange Chicken

Ok, so this isn't a very challenging recipe either.  We are huge fans of Trader Joe's Mandrin Orange Sauce.  This stuff is awesome and SOO cheap!  Last time I bought a jar it was $1/jar and that lasts us for 3 meals.

SOOO...I cube up boneless skinless chicken breast, dredge in flour and brown.  Right before serving I spray w/olive oil and bake to warm through.  This helps with the crispiness.

We create a rice bowl with rice, steamed veggies and chicken, top with Orange Sauce and sometimes serve with egg rolls on the side.

Our 2 year old loves this sauce, he really likes spicy stuff, but our 3 year old doesn't.  Adding the sauce at the end allows for each person to add as little or much as wanted.
