SOOO...I cube up boneless skinless chicken breast, dredge in flour and brown. Right before serving I spray w/olive oil and bake to warm through. This helps with the crispiness.
We create a rice bowl with rice, steamed veggies and chicken, top with Orange Sauce and sometimes serve with egg rolls on the side.
Our 2 year old loves this sauce, he really likes spicy stuff, but our 3 year old doesn't. Adding the sauce at the end allows for each person to add as little or much as wanted.
