Carmel Pecan Bars

Can you tell we like caramel in our house? :)

My friend Crissy made this and I copied in the next day from memory and have been making it ever since!

This recipe needs to stay refrigerated until serving.

1 stick butter, melted
2 c nilla wafers crushed
12 oz chocolate chips
1 c pecans, chopped
1 jar carmel ice cream topping

Combine butter and wafers.  From crust in 9x13 pan.  Top with chips, pecans, then caramel topping.  Bake 350 for about 15 minutes.  Cool before serving.
